I have been in Real Estate for the past 20 years. I am very
knowledgeable in various aspects of the transaction from financing
to negotiations, 1st time home buyers as well as 2nd and 3rd home
purchases. As a listing agent, my sellers receive the most thorough
individualized marketing strategy to fully expose their home to the
market, displaying full color brochures, advertising in print,
"musical virtual tours" on the internet, as well as consistent
communication and follow-up. Depending on the home, I may include
professional home staging as part of the marketing plan prior to the
home's presentation to the market. Realtor tours and open houses

I come from a family of builders and am familiar with new
construction as well as rehabbing homes. As a buyer's agent, the
client will receive complete representation on any purchase. I
prepare a market analysis of the area and type of home in
consideration to insure the buyer can make an educated decision on
the values in the area. I am a part of a highly successful team so
someone is always available to help or answer questions.

presentation that will make a seller seriously consider your offer.
Preparation is very important in the negotiating process. I have
been in dual offers many times and know how important it is to be
prepared! I also work with several lenders, home inspectors,
contractors, etc.. so that I may refer reputable people to help the
buyer complete the transaction.
As a full time Broker, I keep up to the minute information on market
conditions and any new listings that become available. I act in a
timely fashion so that my client has every advantage in not losing
that ideal property! My knowledge of the areas, schools, etc. can
prove most helpful when choosing the right location. Every advantage
